1.What do you specialise in at Hoops?
I’m a Basketball Skills Coach.
2. What’s one thing athletes can expect from your sessions?
Athletes can expect them to be competitive and have game-like training.
3. What’s your coaching style or philosophy?
My main philosophy is using the CLA - Constraints Led Approach to guide athletes using certain limitations to encourage more decision-making and problem-solving skills.
4. What’s your education/background in basketball/S&C?
I have 17 years coaching basketball at the local, private schools, both junior and senior representative levels, and Level 2 BNSW coach.
5. What do you want every athlete to walk away feeling after training with you?
That “I am 1% better today than I was yesterday.”
6. What do you enjoy most about coaching?
Bringing the best out of my athletes.
7. Who's your favourite basketball player/athlete? Why?
Michael Jordan (GOAT due to his overall impact) but Kobe Bryant is my guy cause of his work ethic and always wanting to be a student of the game.
8. What’s a fun fact or something that athletes might not expect from you?
I have actually been a professional DJ for the past 22 years, doing concerts and events.

Qualifications:
· ASCA Level 1
· Bachelor of Exercise Sport Science & Nutrition (Current)
· Cert IV Personal Trainer
· Australian Powerlifting Union State/National Sub-Junior Bench Press Record u74
· First Aid & CPR Certified
· Working with Children’s Check
· 4+ years Experience in Industry
