Strength and conditioning, body recomposition, game IQ
2. What’s one thing athletes can expect from your sessions?
When an athlete enters into one of my sessions they can expect to be challenged with each stretch, exercise, drill that they do. I will bring the energy to each and every one of you and ensure you are pushed past your limits.
3. What’s your coaching style or philosophy?
I'm a firm believer in open ended learning. My job as a coach is to give you the tools to succeed and to allow the athlete to come up with their own solutions and creatively explore their options, rather than focusing on a single correct answer.

5. What do you want every athlete to walk away feeling after training with you?
I want every athlete to walk away from each session feeling like they're at their second home away from home. At Hoops we pride ourselves in our sense of community and ensuring every athlete feels as though they're part of one big family. Everyone is here to improve and reach their goals and I want every athlete feeling like they're taking one step closer to reaching their goals!
6. What do you enjoy most about coaching?
I enjoy interacting with all types of different people. Meeting different athletes with different goals and seeing them achieve it always puts a smile on my face.
7. Who's your favourite basketball player/athlete? Why?
Russell Westbrook. As a die hard Thunder fan its hard to go past Westbrook, the greatest Thunder of All Time. His effort, energy, hustle and attitude is what I base my game off. Control the controllables!
8. What’s a fun fact or something that athletes might not expect from you?
I only ever started going to the gym when I was 18 years old. After 6 months of training I fell in love and knew I'd always train for the rest of my life. It's never too late to try something NEW!
9. Share your favourite motivational quote or piece of advice for athletes.
Philipians 4:13 “I can do all this through him who gives me strength.” I can do nothing without Christ. So show your gratitude towards him everyday for you are blessed to be able to do the things you do.
